Summer Solstice Retreat
Saturday, June 20th 9:30am-1:00pm, $130 per person
Join us for a magical Summer Solstice morning. Begin with a two-hour ceremonial journey led by healing arts practitioner Tammy Lee, weaving together sound immersion, meditation, and restorative yoga with a deep honouring of the Earth and the solstice season. Refuel over a nourishing lunch provided by local favourite Mega Mindful, then close the morning with personal intuitive readings from gifted practitioners Sue Stacey and Lisa Foy. Come as you are and leave feeling held, nourished, and renewed.
9:30-11:30 am: Sound, Ceremony & Restorative Journey with Tammy Lee
Begin your solstice morning in the luminous presence of Tammy Lee, a healing arts practitioner with over 25 years of experience. Tammy has spent nearly a decade guiding transformative sound immersion and meditation experiences with restorative yoga rooted in deep reverence for the Earth and the rhythms of the natural world.
This two-hour journey weaves together ceremonial sound, music, and heart-centered meditation in a shamanic-style ceremony designed to help you explore the dance between shadow and light. Tammy's offerings invite you into the elemental realms and into a more sacred, intentional relationship with Mother Earth — a perfect way to honour the longest day of the year.
11:30-12:00pm Nourishing Lunch by Mega Mindful
Refuel and reconnect over a mindful midday meal provided by Mega Mindful, a beloved local restaurant. Take this time to rest, reflect, and enjoy good conversation as you settle into the second half of your retreat.

Nurture and Love Yourself Retreat
Saturday, February 7th 9:30am-1:30pm, $130 per person
Join us for a grounding and empowering day designed to support emotional wellness, confidence, and connection to self. The retreat begins with Sacha taking us through a guided self-reflection, intention setting, and a calming relaxation meditation, followed by the creation of a personalized no-sew tie blanket. Participants will write manifestations, words of support, and positive affirmations into the center of their blanket before sealing them in. The experience closes with a group smudging ceremony and blanket activation, leaving each person with a meaningful comfort piece to take home.
We’ll then pause for a nourishing lunch provided by Mega Mindful.
The day concludes with Lisa and Love Letters to Self, a gentle closing practice focused on self-love and reflection. With provided paper, pens, and creative materials, participants will be guided to write letters to themselves while soft music, sound bowls, and meditative readings create a calming, supportive atmosphere. This final session invites participants to slow down, refill their cup, and leave feeling grounded, nurtured, and deeply connected to themselves.
